【摘要】:Differentialscanningcalorimetryprovidesarapidtestmethodfordeterminingchangesinspecificheatcapacityinahomogeneousmaterial.Theglasstransitionismanifestedasastepchangeinspecificheatcapacity.Foramorphousandsemicrystallinematerialsthedeterminationoftheglasstransitiontemperaturemayleadtoimportantinformationabouttheirthermalhistory,processingconditions,stability,progressofchemicalreactions,andmechanicalandelectricalbehavior.Thistestmethodisusefulforresearch,qualitycontrol,andspecificationacceptance.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheassignmentoftheglasstransitiontemperaturesofmaterialsusingdifferentialscanningcalorimetryordifferentialthermalanalysis.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletoamorphousmaterialsortopartiallycrystallinematerialscontainingamorphousregions,thatarestableanddonotundergodecompositionorsublimationintheglasstransitionregion.1.3Thenormaloperatingtemperaturerangeisfromx2212;120to500x00B0;C.Thetemperaturerangemaybeextended,dependingupontheinstrumentationused.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5ISOstandards11357x2013;2isequivalenttothisstandard.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
