【摘要】:1Thisstandardappliestotheconductionandtheradiationofradio-frequencydisturbancesfromapplianceswhosemainfunctionsareperformedbymotorsandswitchingorregulatingdevices,unlessther.f.energyisintentionallygeneratedorintendedforillumination.Itincludessuchequipmentas:householdelectricalappliances,electrictools,regulatingcontrolsusingsemiconductordevices,motor-drivenelectro-medicalapparatus,electric/electronictoys,automaticdispensingmachinesaswellascineorslideprojectors.Alsoincludedinthescopeofthisstandardare:-separatepartsoftheabovementionedequipmentsuchasmotors,switchingdevicese.g.(powerorprotective)relays,howevernoemissionrequirementsapplyunlessformulatedinthisstandard.Thisstandardgivesforthetimebeingnorequirementsforapparatusthatcannotbemeasuredonatestsite;requirementsforinsitumeasurementsareunderconsideration.Excludedfromthescopeofthisstandardare:-apparatusforwhichallemissionrequirementsintheradiofrequencyrangeareexplicitlyformulatedinotherIECorCISPRstandards;NOTE1Examplesare:-luminaires,includingportablechild-appealingluminaires,dischargelampsandotherlightingdevices:CISPR15;-audioandvideoequipmentandelectronicmusicinstruments:otherthantoys:CISPR13andCISPR20(seealso7.3.5.4.2);-mainscommunicationdevices,aswellasbabysurveillancesystems:IEC61000-3-8;-equipmentforgenerationanduseofradiofrequencyenergyforheatingandtherapeuticpurposes:CISPR11;-microwaveovens:CISPR11(butbeawareof1.3onmultifunctionequipment);-informationtechnologyequipment,e.g.homecomputers,personalcomputers,electroniccopyingmachines:CISPR22;-electronicequipmenttobeusedonmotorvehicles:CISPR12;-radiocontrols,walkie-talkiesandothertypesofradio-transmitters,alsowhenusedwithtoys.-regulatingcontrolsandequipmentwithregulatingcontrolsincorporatingsemiconductordeviceswitharatedinputcurrentofmorethan25Aperphase;-stand-alonepowersupplies.NOTE2Toyspoweredbythesupplysystemofamotor-poweredvehicle,shiporaircraftarenotcoveredbythisstandard.2Thefrequencyrangecoveredis9kHzto400GHz.3Multifunctionequipmentwhichissubjectedsimultaneouslytodifferentclausesofthisstandardand/orotherstandardsshallmeettheprovisionsofeachclause/standardwiththerelevantfunctionsinoperation;detailsaregivenin7.2.1.4Thelimitsinthisstandardhavebeendeterminedonaprobabilisticbasis,tokeepthesuppressionofdisturbanceseconomicallyfeasiblewhilestillachievinganadequateradioprotection.Inexceptionalcasesradiofrequencyinterferencemayoccur,inspiteofcompliancewiththelimits.Insuchacase,additionalprovisionsmayberequired.5Theeffectsofelectromagneticphenomenarelatingtothesafetyofapparatusareexcludedfromthescopeofthisstandard.
